Testing of Material
Incoming materials are checked according the international standards (read
more on the right of this screen.). These tests enable us to judge whether
the materials meet the required specifications and homogeneity.
The next step to measure the density and purity of the materials.Then
we determine the purpose for which this synthetic material can be used.After
these extensive tests documentation is provided so identification can
be made.
Producing
Carefull temperature control in our product process means that the material
is taxed as little as possible.The 5 component station in our compound
process enables us to use several additives to produce a high quality
Synthetic material with an optimal mixture.Duoplast has developed many
different compositions that can be specified to meet your requirements.
These developed compositions form a different synthetic material (thermal
plast).Samples of each batch are made and kept in our laboratory.This
enables us to reproduce and check each order.State of the art machinery
is used in our production plant.
All synthetic materials can be ground with this machine.After the initial
checks the materials go through a detection system to make sure that iron
and non-iron elements are removed.
We have to our disposal:
Agglomerators which are able to produce out off synthetic-foil a granulate
on the size the customer desired. During this process the foil will be
densified and through heatfriction there will exist an equal granulate with
a high density.
We can grind hard synthetic materials to the size you require The materials
are free from dust and impurities.
The capacity of our machines is 800 Kg an hour.In our compound department
we can use single and a double screw extruder with gas extraction and
equipped with the latest strainer installation.Duoplast produces powders
of different fineness and also according tot your more specific requirements.The
